titleOfInvention | Method for detecting chromogenic impurities in production process of paracetamol |
abstract | The invention discloses a method for detecting chromogenic impurities in a paracetamol production process, which comprises the following steps: 1) dissolving a sample to be detected in a specified solvent to completely dissolve the sample to be detected to obtain a solution A; 2) adding an alkaline compound into the solution A, adjusting the pH value of the solution A to be more than 7, and keeping the pH value of the solution A to be more than 7 for 1min to obtain a solution B; 3) adjusting the pH value of the solution B to 6-14 by using an acid solution or a buffer solution to obtain a solution C for sample measurement and injection; 4) and measuring and calculating the content of the chromogenic impurities in the sample to be detected by utilizing the absorption characteristic of the solution C in the ultraviolet visible light region. The invention greatly improves the color stability of the color-developing impurities by accurately regulating and controlling the pH of the sample to be detected, and carries out qualitative or quantitative detection by utilizing the principle of ultraviolet visible light absorption. The method can realize rapid and efficient detection, greatly improves the repeatability and stability of the measurement, and is expected to become a standard detection method for the paracetamol chromogenic impurities. |
