titleOfInvention | Rubber layer composition and protective film |
abstract | The first aspect of the present invention provides a composition for a rubber layer, which is formed from a double bond-containing prepolymer, a photoinitiator, and a compound represented by the general formula (1); wherein the structure of the general formula (1) is: OCN-R-NCO, wherein R is linear chain or branched chain alkyl, and contains any one of cycloalkyl and alkyl; the double-bond-containing prepolymer is formed by polymerizing (a) hydroxyl-containing alkyl acrylate and (b) tertiary amine-containing acrylic monomer; and the molar ratio of (a) to (b) is 1: (0.1-0.3). The adhesive layer composition provided by the invention avoids the situations that the bottom layer of a coating is cured and the surface is not cured and sticky, also avoids the situation that the obtained adhesive layer material is very brittle, can realize better adhesive force and lower shrinkage rate of the adhesive layer composition on the surface of a base material, has better flexibility and wear resistance, can ensure that no residual adhesive appears in the use stripping process, and has a very wide application prospect. |
