The cold patch rubber asphalt mixture includes asphalt, linearized active rubber, olefin polymer and diluent, wherein the linearized active rubber is obtained by desulfurization treatment of waste rubber powder, and the weight percentage of linearized molecules in the linearized active rubber ≥75%. The cold patch rubber-asphalt mixture provided by the invention has the advantages of low cost, good fluidity at room temperature and high strength after application, and has wide application prospects.
