Add chloromethylated cross-linked polystyrene resin, trimethylamine hydrochloride, and 20% aqueous sodium hydroxide solution to the reactor in order by weight, keep the reactor at 30-40 °C, react for 3 hours under stirring, filter and wash , dried to obtain the resin introduced into the quaternary ammonium group; the resin, 1,2-dichloroethane and silver sulfate were successively added to the reactor, the temperature was raised to 50~60°C, concentrated sulfuric acid and oleum were added, and the reaction was carried out for 1h, and the temperature was increased. to 70~80℃, react for 1h, heat up to 115~125℃, react for 5h, cool to normal temperature, dilute the reaction solution, filter, wash and dry to obtain the grafted quaternary ammonium cation resin. The resin obtained by the invention has good electrical regeneration performance and can be used for the preparation of high-purity water and the treatment of heavy metal wastewater in the membraneless electrodeionization technology. |
