titleOfInvention Cholic acid extract and extraction process thereof
abstract The disclosure belongs to the technical field of cholic acid extraction, and particularly relates to a cholic acid extraction process. Cholic acid is an important raw material for producing medicines as a processing raw material of cholagogic drugs. Most of cholic acid used at present is obtained from animal bile, and an alkali extraction method is adopted, but the finished product of the cholic acid prepared by the traditional process is a massive solid, has higher viscosity degree and is inconvenient to use. The invention discloses a novel cholic acid extraction process, which comprises the steps of completely removing grease by centrifugation and acidification after bile is collected, reducing the introduction of impurities, and obtaining a cholic acid finished product by saponification and acid precipitation. The cholic acid prepared by the preparation method disclosed by the invention is uniform in particle shape, high in chenodeoxycholic acid content, convenient to use in subsequent packaging and approved by vast downstream users.
