titleOfInvention | Flue gas purification process |
abstract | The invention provides a flue gas purification process, which relates to the technical field of environmental protection and comprises the following steps: s2: conveying the flue gas to a purification tower, and treating the flue gas by using a purifying agent to obtain a purifying liquid and purified flue gas; the purified liquid is an acid solution; and (3) passing the purified liquid through an ion exchange resin column, adsorbing anions in the purified liquid through the ion exchange resin column to obtain a regenerated purifying agent, recycling, regenerating and reusing the ion exchange resin, and forming a byproduct. According to the flue gas purification process provided by the invention, the purifying agent is used for treating the flue gas to obtain the acid solution, and the ion exchange resin column is further used for adsorbing the acid in the acid solution, so that the water in the acid solution can be recycled, the process is simple and easy to operate, and the flue gas purifying agent does not need to be added with alkali liquor, so that the cost is reduced, the secondary pollution in the desulfurization/denitrification process can be avoided, and no waste residue or waste water is generated. |
