abstract The invention provides a photosensitization evaluation method based on a recombinant skin model, which comprises the following steps: s1, reviving and recombining a skin model; s2, smearing a test object; s3, cleaning a tested object; s4, selecting a light source; s5, evaluating the photosensitization; wherein the evaluating photosensitization comprises: the whole genome was analyzed by the double-ended sequencing method, and the photosensitization of the test substance was evaluated by comparing the number of upregulations of the sensitization-associated genes with that of the non-irradiated group. The method for evaluating the photosensitization based on the recombinant skin model can detect not only easily dispersed chemicals, but also non-dispersed chemicals and finished products of cosmetics.
