The content of free sulfur and 12 antioxidants in the sample to be tested is obtained; the detection conditions of ultra-high performance liquid chromatography are: the chromatographic column is Shim‑pack GIST‑HP C18, the size is 150 mm×2.1 mm×3 μm; the mobile phase A is methanol, mobile phase B is 0.1% phosphoric acid aqueous solution; column temperature is 35-45 °C, injection volume is 5-7 μL, and detection wavelength is 230 nm. The detection method can realize the effective separation and simultaneous detection of free sulfur and 12 kinds of antioxidants within 26 minutes, and has good detection accuracy, less solvent consumption and low analysis and detection cost. |
