abstract | The invention discloses a preparation method of natural-color furniture protection paper, which relates to the technical field of papermaking and comprises the following preparation methods: (1) pulping: pulping unbleached softwood pulp; (2) addition of additives: adding a degassing agent, cation modified starch, rosin size and aluminum sulfate into the pulped wood pulp and uniformly mixing; (3) adding a filler: adding titanium dioxide particles coated with poly (hydroxypropyl methacrylate) and uniformly mixing; (4) squeezing and drying; (5) calendaring treatment; (6) cutting and packaging; the titanium dioxide particles coated with the poly (hydroxypropyl methacrylate) are added during preparation, so that the strength of the protective paper is increased, and the effect of a bridge frame is achieved, and the binding force between adjacent fibers is enhanced; and the poly (hydroxypropyl methacrylate) can fill the gaps among the fibers during the calendaring treatment, so that the paper surface after calendaring has higher smoothness and better luster. |
