The test strip can rapidly detect MPST protein and NME1 protein in human serum, realize the joint detection of two tumor markers, effectively detect esophageal squamous carcinoma, particularly early esophageal squamous carcinoma, and greatly improve the detection rate of the early esophageal squamous carcinoma.
