titleOfInvention Super-elastic waterproof breathable skin dressing with folded structure and preparation method thereof
abstract The invention relates to a super-elastic waterproof breathable skin dressing with a fold structure and a preparation method thereof, wherein (1) a cross-linking agent I is added into a waterborne polyurethane spinning solution for electrostatic spinning to prepare a hydrophilic layer fiber membrane; (2) adding a hydrophobic agent and a cross-linking agent II into the aqueous polyurethane spinning solution to carry out electrostatic spinning to prepare a hydrophobic layer fiber membrane; (3) heating and drying to obtain the super-elastic waterproof breathable skin dressing with a folded structure; wherein the mass fraction of the cross-linking agent II in the step (2) in the aqueous polyurethane spinning solution is 2-8 wt% higher than that of the cross-linking agent I in the step (1) in the aqueous polyurethane spinning solution; the prepared skin dressing has the water pressure resistance of 5-50 kPa and the air permeability of 2000-12000 g/m 2 And d, when the tensile strain of the fiber membrane is 0-70%, the elastic recovery rate is 50-100%. The method is simple and easy to implement, and the prepared skin dressing has excellent performance.
