The invention discloses an application of a protein CbAE with a broad-spectrum antiviral function. The protein CbAE sequentially comprises a segment 1-a segment 12 from the N end to the C end; the amino acid sequences of segment 1-segment 12 are shown in SEQ ID NOs: 2 from the N terminal, bits 72 to 82, 98 to 107, 109 to 114, 184 to 190, 218 to 224, 232 to 238, 273 to 283, 315 to 319, 339 to 344, 389 to 393, 419 to 423, and 425 to 429. Experiments prove that the fusion protein CbAE-1 and the fusion protein CbAE-2 can obviously inhibit novel coronavirus pseudoviruses, novel coronavirus, HIV pseudoviruses, DENV-2, ZIKV and HSV-1. The invention has important application value. |
