abstract The invention discloses a laser tailor-welding method for improving the production efficiency and quality of aluminum alloy plate blank parts, which is used for tailor-welding 5xxx series aluminum alloy plates with different thicknesses; the method comprises the following steps: 1. the hydrogen element concentration of the first workpiece (10) and the second workpiece (20) is less than a threshold value, and step 2 is executed; 2. cleaning the welding seams of the first workpiece and the second workpiece, and removing an oxide layer and an oil film layer in a welding area; and step 3: the first workpiece and the second workpiece are spliced through the copper plate assembly, the front sides of the welding areas of the first workpiece and the second workpiece are subjected to laser tailor welding through a welding wire (52) by using a welding laser beam (50), and air injection protection is performed during welding. The laser tailor-welding method can perform laser tailor-welding on the aluminum alloy plates with different thicknesses and different strengths to manufacture the blank suitable for the automobile body component, does not need the whole aluminum plate stamping, reduces the weight of the plate, improves the utilization rate of the material, reduces the production cost, and can realize industrial mass production.
