abstract |
The invention discloses a cyclodextrin glucosyltransferase mutant and an application thereof, belonging to the fields of genetic engineering and enzyme engineering. The present invention obtains a mutant with higher dismutation activity of the cyclodextrin glucosyltransferase by mutating the cyclodextrin glucosyltransferase. The enzyme dismutation activity of the mutant V6D/S90G/T168A/T171A/T383A/G608A was 3.16 times that of the wild enzyme. The invention has certain significance for the industrial production of cyclodextrin glucosyltransferase, and improves the application potential of the enzyme in food, medicine and chemical industries. |
