abstract | The invention provides a salmon and trout IHNV monoclonal antibody, which is obtained by secreting a monoclonal hybridoma cell strain which is prepared from infectious hematopoietic necrosis virus IHNV-BJLL strain immunized animals and has specificity to IHNV N protein. The invention also provides a detection kit based on the monoclonal antibody and application. The IHNV monoclonal antibody obtained by the invention has stronger specificity of a monoclonal antibody secreted by a hybridoma cell strain, can simultaneously detect IHNV infection of domestic U-type and J-type salmon and trout, can avoid cross reaction with other rhabdoviruses, and overcomes the phenomena of false detection and omission of IHNV infected juvenile fish in the molecular biology at present. The other monoclonal antibody has stronger specificity, can detect the infection of the U-shaped salmon and trout IHNV, but has no reaction with the J-shaped salmon and trout IHNV, so the method can be used for identifying the genotype of the domestic salmon and trout IHNV. |
