The invention discloses a preparation device and a preparation method of a doped titanium dioxide film with adjustable components. The method comprises the following steps: firstly, intercepting a titanium wire with a set length or a titanium sheet with a set area; secondly, preparing a film by using a vacuum coating machine; step three, placing the sample plated with the titanium film in the step two in a vacuum tube furnace; and step four, controlling the total air pressure in the furnace after ventilation. Has the advantages that: the prepared doped titanium dioxide film has simple method, convenient and flexible regulation and control of film components and structure, high surface quality of the prepared film, good coating binding force, photocatalytic performance and antibacterial property. |
