abstract | The invention belongs to the technical field of diaphragms, and particularly relates to a coated diaphragm with ultralow water content, a preparation method thereof, a ceramic coating and a lithium battery; wherein the ultra-low water content coated separator comprises: the ceramic coating comprises a base film and a ceramic coating coated on the surface of the base film; the ceramic coating includes: ceramic powder, a high molecular organic substance, an initiator and a dispersant; under the catalytic action, the initiator enables the high molecular organic matter and the base membrane to be crosslinked together; according to the coating diaphragm with ultralow water content, the initiator is introduced, so that certain crosslinking is generated inside the base film, and the high-temperature resistance of the crosslinked base film is improved to a certain extent; meanwhile, the initiator is introduced, so that the structure of the coating diaphragm is integrated, the swelling of the ceramic coating in the electrode is reduced, and various performances of the lithium battery cannot be influenced by the falling-off of the ceramic coating in the lithium battery; and the initiator is introduced, so that the porosity of the coated diaphragm is higher, and the water content of the coated diaphragm is greatly reduced. |
