titleOfInvention | Ovarian hyperstimulation syndrome diagnostic marker Kallistatin and application thereof |
abstract | The invention discloses an ovarian hyperstimulation syndrome detection marker kallistin, and also discloses application of kallistin protein in screening and/or preparing an ovarian hyperstimulation syndrome detection reagent and an ovarian hyperstimulation syndrome detection kit. The inventor of the application finds that the Kallistatin is widely expressed in ovarian granulosa cells, and the expression level in nucleus is higher than that in cytoplasm. The inventor firstly discovers that the expression of the Kallistatin protein is obviously reduced in clinical follicular fluid specimens and serum specimens of an OHSS high-risk group compared with a control group for assisted reproduction; and the content of Kallistatin in the serum of OHSS patients is obviously reduced compared with that of normal pregnant women. The Kallistatin can be used as a specific detection marker of OHSS, is used for screening and preparing an OHSS detection kit, and has better sensitivity and specificity. The invention provides a new specific molecular marker for the clinical detection of OHSS, and enriches the clinical detection method of OHSS. |
