abstract The invention discloses a test system for testing the separation performance of a corrugated plate assembly of a moisture separator reheater, which comprises: a corrugated plate assembly; the outlet of the steam-fog mixing pipe is connected with the inlet of the corrugated plate component; the steam assembly is connected with the steam-fog mixing pipe and used for providing steam into the steam-fog mixing pipe; a spray assembly for generating droplets, said spray assembly being connected to said mist mixing tube and for providing said droplets therein; the first flow meter is arranged on the spraying assembly and used for metering the flow of water entering the steam-fog mixing pipe; the second flowmeter is arranged at the water outlet of the corrugated plate component; and the steam and the fog drops are mixed in the steam-fog mixing pipe to form steam-fog two-phase flow, then the steam-fog two-phase flow is separated into the water and the steam through the corrugated plate assembly, and the separation efficiency of the corrugated plate assembly is obtained according to the flow ratio of the second flow meter to the first flow meter. The experiment system can effectively detect the separation performance of the corrugated plate component.
