abstract | The invention relates to a resourceful treatment method of a magnesium-containing raw material, which comprises the following steps: s1, mixing the magnesium reaction solution containing sulfate and magnesium cosolvent with the magnesium-containing raw material for reaction, controlling the pH value of the reaction system to be less than 9.0, and after the reaction is finished, carrying out solid-liquid separation to obtain a magnesium-containing solution A1 and calcium-containing slag B1; s2, reacting the magnesium-containing solution A1 with a precipitator, controlling the pH value of a reaction system to be 5.5-12.0, and after the reaction is finished, carrying out solid-liquid separation to obtain a magnesium-containing solution A2 and a magnesium-containing precipitate B2; s3, mixing a calcium reaction solution containing a calcium solvent, a calcium cosolvent and sulfate with the calcium-containing slag B1 for reaction, controlling the pH value of the reaction system to be 5.5-12.0, and after the reaction is finished, carrying out solid-liquid separation to obtain a calcium-containing solution A3 and tailings B3; s4, adjusting the pH value of the calcium-containing solution A3 to 4.0-9.5 to separate calcium sulfate from the calcium-containing solution A3, and carrying out solid-liquid separation to obtain a precipitated calcium solution A4 and a calcium-containing precipitate B4 containing the calcium sulfate. According to the method, magnesium, calcium and impurities in the low-grade magnesium-containing raw material are separated under the condition of not consuming extra raw materials, so that corresponding calcium and magnesium products are obtained, the resource recovery cost of magnesium is reduced, and the environmental pollution is reduced. |
