The present invention relates to a method for simultaneously detecting SARS-CoV-2 virus and other pathogens in the plasma of convalescent patients with new coronary pneumonia. The reaction system used in the method comprises: (1) a primer set for detecting SARS-CoV-2 virus , (2) detection primer sets for detecting a variety of other pathogens, (3) necessary nucleic acid extraction reagents and chromogenic reagents; (4) internal quality control nucleic acid samples, amplification quality control, and positive quality control.
