abstract The present invention relates to a method for simultaneously detecting SARS-CoV-2 virus and other pathogens in the plasma of convalescent patients with new coronary pneumonia. The reaction system used in the method comprises: (1) a primer set for detecting SARS-CoV-2 virus , (2) detection primer sets for detecting a variety of other pathogens, (3) necessary nucleic acid extraction reagents and chromogenic reagents; (4) internal quality control nucleic acid samples, amplification quality control, and positive quality control. The simultaneous detection of SARS-CoV-2 virus and respiratory pathogens in the convalescent plasma of recovered patients from COVID-19 is as follows: after one nucleic acid extraction, the samples are subjected to two real-time fluorescent PCR tests to determine the SARS-CoV-2 virus in the samples respectively. and various pathogenic microorganisms.
