The invention discloses a DNA methylation qPCR kit for cervical cancer detection, a method of use and application thereof. The kit screens and diagnoses cervical cancer by detecting or measuring the methylation status or level of one or more specific genes in the DNA of the test sample. Experimental tests show that the method of the invention has the characteristics of rapidity, high sensitivity and high specificity, and can diagnose human cervical cancer in time at an early stage, making it possible to accurately diagnose cervical cancer at an early stage, and avoiding waste of medical resources. The kit of the invention can significantly improve the positive detection rate and specificity (true negative rate) of early cervical cancer. |
