abstract | The invention discloses the application of a quaternized natural polymer material as a viral vector delivery enhancing material. The quaternized natural polymer material can be used for viral vector delivery. The preparation steps are: 1) preparing a Aqueous solution of amine-based natural macromolecules; 2) adding epoxy alkyl short alkyl chain quaternary ammonium salt or chlorohydroxypropyl short alkyl quaternary ammonium salt whose short alkyl carbon number is X to react, and the X=1 ~6; 3) Precipitation, washing and drying to obtain a quaternized natural polymer delivery material. The viral vector delivery enhancing material of the present invention can reduce the toxicity of high dose (titer) viral vector to cells, improve nucleic acid delivery efficiency and biocompatibility, and at the same time reduce the effect of neutralizing antibody on viral vector infection efficiency under pre-existing immune conditions.
