The invention discloses a manufacturing process of flavored qula, which includes defatting, fermentation, heating curd, whey row, pre-dehydration, adding food additives, shaping, drying and packaging. The present invention reduces the fermentation degree of qula in the subsequent process by killing the lactic acid bacteria after curdling, and prevents acidification; and improves the flavor of qula by adding auxiliary materials and edible essence. The qula produced by the invention has the advantages of good taste and unique flavor, can be accepted by the vast number of consumers, and is beneficial to the market promotion of the qula. |
