titleOfInvention Composite bacterial agent for treating petroleum hydrocarbon and benzene series, and preparation method and application thereof
abstract The invention relates to the fields of biotechnology and environmental protection, in particular to a microbial inoculum, and particularly relates to a composite microbial inoculum for treating petroleum hydrocarbon and benzene series, a preparation method and application thereof; the active ingredients of the compound microbial inoculum comprise aspergillus oryzae, neurospora, pseudomonas putida, pseudomonas alcaligenes, brevibacterium epidermidis and erwinia; the composite microbial inoculum is particularly suitable for treating soil polluted by petroleum hydrocarbon and benzene series. After the composite microbial inoculum is added into petroleum hydrocarbon and benzene series contaminated soil, indigenous degradation flora can be rapidly propagated, and the repairing process is rapidly started; in the repairing process, the indigenous degrading bacteria always occupy the dominant flora, and the flora in the composite microbial inoculum is cooperatively matched to keep higher degrading efficiency for a long time; finally, the polluted soil is thoroughly repaired, the degradation rate of petroleum hydrocarbon and benzene series is high, and the removal rate of BTEX and TPH can reach more than 98%.
