A strain of Penicillium oxalicum SDF-25 and its application |
abstract |
The invention relates to the technical field of environmental microorganisms, and specifically discloses a strain of Penicillium oxalicum SDF-25 and an application thereof. The strain preservation number of the described Penicillium oxalicum SDF-25 is CGMCC No.19272. The Penicillium oxalicum SDF-25 can be applied to straw degradation. The Penicillium oxalicum SDF-25 strain provided by the invention can grow normally at 6-37°C. Penicillium oxalicum SDF‑25 can secrete a large amount of carboxymethyl cellulase at 10‑16℃, and can still produce enzymes at a low temperature of 6℃, with the highest enzyme activity reaching 993.3U/mL. |
