The invention belongs to the field of coatings, in particular to a water-based UV clear topcoat coating and a preparation method thereof, comprising the following components by weight: 50-60% of water-based UV resin; 10-20% of polyurethane modified acrylate; Foaming agent 0.5-1%; wetting agent 0.8-1.2%; matte 1-2%; hand feeling aid 0.2-0.5%; photoinitiator 2-3%; leveling agent 0.3-0.5%; thickener 0.5 ‑1%; the balance is water; wherein the photoinitiator is phosphoramidite acrylate initiator. The water-based UV clear topcoat prepared by the method has good transparency, good adhesion on different clear bases, excellent chemical resistance, and good fullness and gloss stability. |
