abstract | The invention relates to a preparation method of polyimide nanofiber aerogel with a controllable microstructure, which is characterized by comprising the following steps of: step 1: preparing polyimide into a nanofiber dispersion solution; step 2: freezing and crystallizing the nanofiber dispersion solution to manufacture a microstructure, and obtaining a nanofiber dispersion solution crystalline phase; and step 3: removing the ice crystals of the crystalline phase of the nanofiber dispersion solution to obtain an uncrosslinked nanofiber framework; and 4, step 4: and heating the uncrosslinked nanofiber framework to stabilize the configuration, thereby obtaining the polyimide nanofiber aerogel. The solvent freezing nucleation is directionally controlled by means of controlling the freezing speed and the temperature gradient, so that the skeleton building of the polyimide nano fiber is controlled, and the macroscopic functional characteristics of the material are determined. Compared with the traditional method, the method is simple and convenient, is convenient for controlling the process parameters, and can improve the operation efficiency and the success rate of products. |
