The water-reducing agent comprises the following raw material components in parts by weight: 100-140 parts of unsaturated polyether macromonomer, unsaturated carboxylic acid or unsaturated 12-35 parts of carboxylic acid derivatives, 0.6-2.2 parts of non-reactive solubilizers, 0.6-1.92 parts of initiators, and 0.6-1.6 parts of chain transfer agents. The non-reactive solubilizer is a polyetheramine modified polysiloxane, which is prepared by reacting for 3 to 6 hours in an organic solvent at 65-95° C. from double-epoxy-terminated polysiloxane and polyether amine. made. The present invention obtains powdery solid polycarboxylate water reducing agent through bulk polymerization and cooling and crushing. In the polymerization process, the non-reactive solubilizer can increase the solubility between the reaction raw materials, effectively reduce the viscosity of the system during the reaction process, increase the mass and heat transfer between the reaction raw materials, and fully react between the monomers. The monomer conversion rate is high, and the prepared solid polycarboxylate superplasticizer can achieve the water-reducing performance of the water-based polycarboxylate superplasticizer. |
