titleOfInvention | Detection method for MRI positioning gamma knife treatment precision |
abstract | The invention relates to the technical field of medical equipment measurement, in particular to a method and a mold body for detecting the treatment precision of an MRI (magnetic resonance imaging) positioning gamma knife. S1, calibrating the CT positioning precision; s2, installing a fixed die body; s3, collecting a positioning image; s4, making a simulation treatment plan; s5, reading coordinates; s6, determining a matrix water model standard coordinate; s7, comparing coordinates; and S8, correcting the target spot. The invention verifies the geometric accuracy of the CT positioning image, finds out whether the MRI positioning image has distortion, whether different sequences have differences, how the MRI stability is and the registration accuracy of the gamma knife and the MRI positioning by observing whether the coordinate difference of each point of the matrix water-model matrix is equal to the object point distance, whether the coordinates of two positioning matrixes of CT/MRI are the same, and whether different sequences of MRI scan and different time periods scan are consistent, thereby providing a basis for correcting the coordinates of individual case target points in clinical treatment and ensuring the treatment accuracy of the gamma knife positioned by MRI. |
