The specific purifying material is prepared by bonding polar modified phenyl filler with silica gel as a matrix, and by utilizing the hydrophobic effect of a phenyl bonding phase and the steroid multi-ring plane of bile acid and the n-pi effect, the polar group and the polar part of the bile acid generate hydrogen bond and electrostatic effect, so that the specific enrichment and purification of various bile acids in serum are realized. The method has the advantages of simple operation process, clean sample treatment, high detection sensitivity of the high performance liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry, good selectivity, accurate quantification and wide application value. |
