abstract The invention provides a transparent high-barrier polyethylene aluminum oxide-plated film and a preparation method thereof, the structure of the film is a BOPE or MODPE polyethylene film base material layer, an aluminum oxide-plated film coating layer and a protective coating on the surface of aluminum oxide, the three-layer structure is formed, and the thickness of the BOPE or MODPE polyethylene film base material layer is 10-40 mu m; the alumina coating layer is formed by vacuum evaporating reactants of a high-purity aluminum material and high-purity oxygen on a BOPE or MODPE polyethylene film base material through an electron beam gun of an electron beam winding coating device at 1400-1600 ℃, the thickness of the coating layer is 0.01-0.02um, and the protective coating is a polyvinyl alcohol water-based coating. The transparent high-barrier polyethylene aluminum oxide-plated film provided by the invention can effectively solve the problem that the traditional film is difficult to recycle due to a plastic composite film containing aluminum foil, PET and nylon.
