titleOfInvention | Preparation and application of open type fluorescent probe for detecting carbon monoxide |
abstract | The invention relates to preparation and application of an open type fluorescent probe for detecting carbon monoxide (CO), wherein the structural formula of the fluorescent probe is as follows: the invention provides a method for preparing 2-amino-5-chlorobenzamide, 4-hydroxy-m-benzenedicarboxaldehyde, 3-ethyl-1, 1, 2-trimethyl-1H-benzo [ e]Indole-3-onium, allyl chloroformate, etc. as raw materials to synthesize the fluorescent probe; the fluorescent probe is considered to have good spectral response performance. The detection range of the probe is wider, and the detection limit is lower, so that the probe can detect CO with high sensitivity; the probe has good selectivity on CO, and is not influenced by other active substances such as active oxygen, active nitrogen, active sulfur, biological thiol and the like when reacting with CO; the response time of the probe is within 120s, and the probe can react with CO quickly; the fluorescent probe can monitor the change of the content of CO in cells. |
