titleOfInvention | Preparation method of nonmetal-promoted 2-alkyl heteroarene compound |
abstract | The invention discloses a preparation method of a nonmetal-promoted 2-alkyl quinazoline-4-ketone compound, relating to the field of organic synthesis, and the mechanism of the method comprises the following steps: s100: generating alkyl radicals by reacting azide radicals with unactivated alkanes; s200: the alkyl radical attacks the 2-position of the protonated heteroarene, followed by a further hydrogen atom transfer and deprotonation process to yield the 2-alkylheteroarene compound. Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following advantages: (1) the reaction intermediates of the method are stable to water and oxygen, so the preparation method does not need anhydrous and anaerobic conditions, is convenient to operate and has simple post-treatment; (2) the method has the advantages of cheap and easily obtained reaction raw materials, strong designability of the reaction substrate, good compatibility of the substrate functional group, strong practicability and capability of designing and synthesizing the required 2-alkyl heteroaromatic compound according to actual needs. |
