Use of compositions containing isoindolinone derivatives in the manufacture of medicaments for the treatment of phosphodiesterase-mediated diseases |
abstract |
The present invention provides the use of a composition containing an isoindolinone derivative in preparing a medicament for treating phosphodiesterase, especially a disease mediated by phosphodiesterase 4. The inhibitory effects of various phosphodiesterase isoforms were significantly better than compound I. The results of animal experiments show that the composition of the present invention is significantly better than compound I in improving the histopathological parameters of the tibiotarsal joint in arthritic mice. |
