The invention relates to the technical field of foaming cosmetics, in particular to a foaming material and a preparation method and application thereof. The invention provides a foaming material, which comprises regenerated cellulose fiber and microcapsules; the shell of the microcapsule is chitosan, and the core of the microcapsule is plant extract; the mass ratio of the regenerated cellulose fibers to the microcapsules is (10-30): (70-90). The invention takes plant extract as core, microcapsule taking chitosan as shell and regenerated cellulose fiber are mixed to obtain the foaming material, which not only has the efficacy of plant extract, but also has certain antibacterial property, and the regenerated cellulose fiber has certain toughness and elasticity. |
