abstract | The invention relates to a method for measuring the surface crack characteristics of coking coal in the coking process by using infrared imaging technology, comprising: (1) using a resistance furnace to heat up the coking coal to dry distillation; The change process of the surface morphology and structure during the coking process, the surface crack morphology of the coke and its corresponding temperature range were observed at different coking stages; (2) The surface morphology and structure pictures of the cracked coke measured by the infrared thermal imager were used in INSIDE. The IR software analysis system calculates the crack size and area of different coking coals in the coking process by grid division, and discusses the relationship between the crack area and crack rate of coking coal and the cold strength of coke. The method of the invention has the characteristics of strong visibility and strong quantification, the crack size from 0.1 mm to 10 mm can be quantitatively analyzed, and the analysis results have important practical guiding significance for production and application. |
