The enrichment method can carry out culturable enrichment of a variety of uncultivated bacteria groups, and can be applied to the preparation of methane bacteria or butyric acid-utilizing bacteria groups, the co-cultivation of methane bacteria groups-butyric acid-utilizing bacteria groups, and butyric acid-utilizing bacteria groups.
