titleOfInvention Organic zirconium crosslinking agent, crosslinking acid sand-carrying fluid and preparation method
abstract The invention discloses an organic zirconium crosslinking agent, a crosslinking acid sand-carrying fluid and a preparation method, belonging to the field of oil field chemistry. The organic zirconium crosslinking agent is obtained by reacting the following components in mass percentage: inorganic zirconium salt 6%-9%, organic acid 3%-6%, organic ligand 10%-15%, and the balance is water; inorganic zirconium The salt is zirconium oxychloride and/or zirconium chloride; the organic acid is sulfamic acid and oxalic acid or sulfamic acid. The organic zirconium crosslinking agent is applied to the cross-linked acid sand-carrying liquid, so that the cross-linked acid sand-carrying liquid can be cross-linked to form a gel with good high temperature resistance, strong shear resistance and excellent viscosity, which ensures that the cross-linked acid carries the sand. The viscosity, sand-carrying effect, and fracturing effect of the sand fluid make it suitable for acid fracturing operations above 150°C and reservoirs with a depth greater than 3000m.
