The invention discloses a chlorosulfonated polyethylene rubber composition, a preparation method and an application, comprising the following raw materials in parts by weight: 50-70 parts of chlorosulfonated polyethylene rubber; 7-10 parts of cis-butadiene rubber; 12 parts of high styrene ~20 parts; 2-5 parts of vulcanizing agent; 15-25 parts of silica; 25-40 parts of white clay; 8-12 parts of plasticizer; 1-2 parts of paraffin; 1.5-3 parts of accelerator. The chlorosulfonated polyethylene rubber composition prepared by the invention has excellent acid and alkali resistance, and at the same time takes into account other properties, and can fully meet the requirements of the material for blind channels. |
