titleOfInvention | Sulfhydrylated cholesterol modified mPEG grafted chitosan and preparation method and application thereof |
abstract | The invention relates to a thiolated cholesterol modified mPEG (methoxy polyethylene glycol) grafted chitosan, which comprises the following components in percentage by weight: chitosan as a matrix backbone; a methoxypolyethylene glycol unit grafted to an amino group of the first glucose repeat unit of the chitosan; cholesterol grafted to the amino groups of the second glucose repeat unit of the chitosan; a thiol-containing group grafted to an amino group of a third glucose repeat unit of the chitosan. The invention also relates to a preparation method of the grafted chitosan and application of the grafted chitosan in preparation of hemostatic sponges. The invention takes natural macromolecular chitosan as a basic raw material, the prepared grafted chitosan has the characteristics of strong water absorption, mucosa adhesion and the like, and has the advantages of high hemostasis speed, good antibacterial effect and the like after being used as a hemostatic sponge, and the repair and regeneration of damaged cells and the healing of wounds can be accelerated. |
