The invention belongs to the technical field of industrial waste recycling and treatment, and particularly relates to a method for preparing a gelling material by utilizing synchronous flue gas desulfurization and denitrification treatment of smelting industrial waste residue and the application of the obtained gelling material. In the present invention, smelting industrial waste slag is firstly subjected to thermal activation pretreatment, MnS or FeS and fayalite in the slag slag are converted into manganese oxide or iron oxide in large quantities, and SO 2 and NO x are generated in the reaction process of desulfurization and denitrification. Sulfate and nitrate can be used to achieve desulfurization and denitrification; the strong reducibility of SO 2 and NO x and the generated products are used to leach manganese and iron in the slag, improve the hydration activity of the slag, and prepare a cementitious material. The present invention utilizes smelting industrial waste residue to treat SO 2 and NO x in flue gas, solves the requirement of flue gas desulfurization and denitrification, utilizes waste gas resources to realize purification and separation of smelting industrial waste residue, obtains a cementitious material, and realizes smelting industrial waste residue and exhaust gas resource utilization. |
