abstract | The invention provides a preparation method of isatis root indigo-momordica grosvenori seed tea, belonging to the technical field of medicinal tea preparation. The method comprises the following steps: (1) preparing an indigowoad root indigo solution: weighing 50g of isatis leaf, adding 500mL of water, heating in a water bath kettle at 100 ℃ for 12-20 min, taking out, cooling to room temperature, carrying out suction filtration, and centrifuging filtrate to obtain an isatis root solution; (2) according to the material-liquid ratio of 1: 50-1: 8.3 adding the momordica grosvenori seeds into the isatis root solution at the temperature of 25-100 ℃, soaking for 10-60 min, and performing suction filtration to obtain filter residues; (3) and drying the filter residue at 50-65 ℃, and naturally cooling to obtain the finished product of isatis root indigo-momordica grosvenori seed tea.
