Dkk-3 protein functional fragment and application thereof |
abstract |
The disclosure provides a Dkk-3 protein functional fragment and application thereof. In particular, the present disclosure discloses the function of different fragments of the Dkk-3 protein encoded by amino acids in muscle atrophy. Wherein, the N-terminal fragment of the Dkk-3 protein has the complete function of inducing the muscular atrophy, and the L-CDR2-C fragment of the Dkk-3 protein has the function of antagonizing the muscular atrophy induced by the N-terminal fragment. The disclosure also provides a drug for treating muscular atrophy by taking the specific site of the Dkk-3 protein as a target, and the L-CDR2-C fragment of the Dkk-3 protein or the fusion protein thereof can be used as a targeted drug for antagonizing the function of Dkk-3 induced muscular atrophy. |
