abstract | The invention discloses a production process of 1, 2, 4-1H-triazole with high conversion rate, which comprises the following steps: s1, enabling formamide and hydrazine hydrate to react in a first reaction device to generate 1, 2, 4-1H triazole; and S2, recovering ammonium formate from the tail gas containing ammonium formate, ammonia gas, formic acid and water generated in the step S1, returning the recovered ammonium formate to the first reaction device, and reacting to generate the 1, 2, 4-1H triazole. According to the production process of the 1, 2, 4-1H-triazole with high conversion rate, the raw material formamide is fully converted into a product, cooling and dehydration are not needed, so that the ammonium formate can enter the first reaction device for reaction without reheating, and energy consumption is saved. The high-conversion-rate 1, 2, 4-1H-triazole production process reduces the generation of the byproduct 2, 2, 4-1H-triazole, improves the reaction speed and improves the production efficiency. |
