abstract | The invention relates to the technical field of flue gas desulfurization, and particularly discloses a novel carbide slag slurry preparing and storing system which mainly comprises a guide chute, a slurry preparing box and a slurry storing box. According to the invention, a part of carbide slag slurry is stored in the pulping box and the slurry storage box, so that the storage and the spare amount of the carbide slag can be increased, the loss of a desulfurizer caused by untimely purchase of the carbide slag is prevented, the carbide slag slurry subjected to impurity removal by the pulping box in the slurry storage box can be naturally precipitated, and the chloride ion content of the carbide slag in the slurry storage box is reduced by inputting the supernatant of the carbide slag into the desulfurized gypsum wastewater to adjust the pH value or perform other treatments, so that the problem that the desulfurized gypsum of the carbide slag is difficult to dehydrate due to the influence of the chloride ion is effectively solved. |
