abstract The invention discloses a rapid, simple, specific and sensitive detection kit for detecting Candida albicans based on RPA, which is suitable for most laboratories, including a pair of primers and a probe. The nucleotide sequences of the primers are as shown in SEQ ID NO. 1-2 As shown, the nucleotide sequence of the probe is shown in SEQ ID NO.3. The aforementioned kits come in two forms: real-time fluorescence detection kits and test strip kits. Experiments show that the kit of the present invention has short time-consuming, high sensitivity and high specificity for detecting Candida albicans, and combined with a simple nucleic acid crude extraction method, further saves costs, and can provide new technical references for field and point-of-care detection, especially for resource infrastructure equipment. The detection of pathogenic bacteria in deficient areas is of great significance.
