The invention provides an SRAP molecular marker method for analyzing the genetic diversity of S. syringae, belonging to the technical field of molecular biology. The method establishes a SRAP molecular marker primer system for S. sylvatica, the primer system includes 9 specific primer pairs, and then uses the primer system to carry out SRAP-PCR reaction amplification on the S. sylvatica sample, and according to the DNA random amplification results , calculate genetic similarity, genetic distance, cluster analysis, and construct cluster diagram. The amplified fragments obtained by using the screened primers in the present invention have good repeatability and clear bands, and show high polymorphism. Identification and genetic diversity analysis have established new methods to provide technical guidance and theoretical support for scientific research such as identification of vine leaves and genetic diversity analysis. |
