The application of the chitosanase Csn-PT in degrading chitosan, and the application in preparing an enzyme preparation for degrading chitosan. The chitosanase Csn-PT of the present invention is used for degrading chitosan, the optimum pH is 8, the optimum reaction temperature is 50°C, the specific enzyme activity can reach 10163.826U/mg, and it has high catalytic activity. The reported chitosanase has obvious advantages in catalytic activity and efficiency.
