abstract | The invention relates to the technical field of water-based paint, and provides water-based damping paint with heat insulation, vibration reduction and noise reduction effects. The water-based damping coating consists of hollow glass/porous thermoplastic elastomer composite microspheres, acrylic acid modified organic silicon resin, water, a defoaming agent, a leveling agent and a dispersing agent. According to the invention, the composite microsphere filler with a core-shell structure is prepared by designing the filler structure, and the core layer is the hollow glass microspheres with independent holes, so that good heat insulation performance is mainly provided; the shell layer is a polyacrylate/porous polystyrene thermoplastic elastomer, wherein the polystyrene chain segments with the communicated and outwards opened pore structures mainly provide good noise reduction performance, the elastic polyacrylate chain segments mainly provide good vibration reduction performance, and the polyacrylate and the porous polystyrene generate obvious synergistic effect on vibration reduction and noise reduction. The composite microsphere filler is added into the water-based paint, so that the water-based paint has the functions of heat insulation, vibration reduction and noise reduction. |
